Before You Get in Touch

To help us understand your situation and provide relevant guidance, consider including the following in your initial enquiry:

  • A brief summary of your current pension arrangements
  • Your approximate retirement timeline
  • Any specific concerns or questions you have
  • What you hope to achieve from professional advice

This information helps us prepare for our initial conversation and ensures we make the best use of your time.

Visiting Our Office

Our Manchester office is centrally located near St Peter's Square, well-served by public transport. The Metrolink St Peter's Square stop is a two-minute walk from our building.

For those arriving by car, several pay-and-display car parks operate nearby. The NCP on Chepstow Street offers the most convenient access, approximately five minutes' walk from our office.

Please note that all consultations are by appointment. If you plan to visit, arrange a time in advance to ensure an adviser is available to meet with you.

Initial Consultations

First consultations are provided free of charge and without obligation. These typically last 30-45 minutes and give us both an opportunity to assess whether working together makes sense.

We can conduct initial consultations at our office, via video call, or by telephone, depending on your preference.

For Existing Clients

Current clients with questions about their existing plans or needing to arrange a review should email their adviser directly or use the main enquiries address. We prioritise existing client communications and typically respond same-day during office hours.

Common Questions

For a preliminary discussion, you do not need to bring documentation. We will discuss your situation in general terms. If you decide to proceed with a formal review, we will provide a checklist of documents we need, which typically includes recent pension statements, policy documents, and any relevant correspondence from providers.

Absolutely. We work with clients across the United Kingdom via secure video conferencing. Many clients prefer this approach as it eliminates travel time while still allowing for face-to-face conversation. We use encrypted platforms that meet financial services security standards for document sharing and discussion.

For initial consultations, we can usually arrange a conversation within one to two weeks. Availability varies depending on adviser schedules. If your situation is time-sensitive, mention this in your enquiry and we will do our best to accommodate urgency.

No. Initial consultations are exploratory conversations, not sales pitches. We discuss your situation, explain how we might help, and outline what working with us involves. There is no obligation to proceed, and we never pressure clients into commitments. Many people use the initial consultation simply to get a professional perspective before deciding their next steps.

You are welcome to email general questions. We answer straightforward queries without charge when possible. However, specific advice about your personal situation requires a proper understanding of your circumstances, which is why we offer initial consultations. If your question needs more than a brief response, we will let you know and suggest scheduling a conversation.
